“I have been working with Kristen since 2016, as the designer of all the new homes for Harborview Development, and on renovating and updating all the rental properties in the Harborview Rentals portfolio. Kristen has been instrumental in making sure these new homes appeal to a wide audience of potential buyers by making sure their design reflects all the most current and appealing design trends. She has been integral in working together with buyers throughout the finish process. In helping and guiding them through the design process, including, choosing colors, fixtures, finishes, etc. She is always fully versed in the newest and different types of building materials, lines of appliances, plumbing finishes, etc., which adds tremendous value to me and the homebuyers. For Harborview’s rental properties, Kristen has always been extremely helpful in making sure every residence is designed with the most up to date lifestyle features that today’s sophisticated renter requires. The trim level sometimes varies between units, and Kristen is always thoughtful and careful about keeping within my budget without sacrificing design standards. I work with Kristen because she is very thorough, has a tremendous list of valuable contacts, and handles every job personally and professionally. When I ask Kristen to handle the design, I know it will be done at an exceptional level, and on time. This is a huge benefit to me so I can focus on the rest of the building process.”
